Today's drive - home

well we moved in on Wednesday - what a pile O cr*p we own and it's all in the basement cause this house is much smaller. Then our tenant came to move in (we have a small apartment over the garage) but I had decided to refinish the floors so, they were wet and her furniture ended up in the garage while she and her parents slept all through our house (they're family friends)

Anyway after much church today we dropped my daughter back at school and picked up Ms Triss to drive her home. She made the trip flawlessly - still not running perfectly but more than good enough. took the 401 about 60 miles Waterloo - Toronto, averaged 65-70 mph / 4000-4200 rpm. when good and warm about 38 lb oil pressure and the sun shining like crazy. all in all I was really pleased and she is comfy cosy in her new home which also leaves room for me to walk around her - each garage bay is 24 X 8 feet. so, I am a happy guy.

Oh and Mark Doust (Abarth69) lives just a few blocks away and greeted us moving night with a visit with his lovely better half and cold beverages. - thanks Mark.

Even one the highway, just driving clears out the cobwebs.

Well done John-Peter. Glad that is behind you.

Congrats JP nice to have that move behind you & nice to have Ms.Triss to get away from it all when required

Good to hear the move is done and you're getting settled into the new place.

JP

Glad your move went well. If you need a place to get away, I have a trailer close to Tobermory. We are there most weekends in the summer and welcome company.
Did you move into TO?
Now we are farther away and not gonna see you as much.

Dave :savewave:
