Well, once again I don't know where to ask this so, let's ask down at the pub!

I have a number of email account, my main work/family being Gmail. Last month I saw an app called Mailbox which is supposed to help Gmail, available through the Apple store, and downloaded through itunes. I downloaded the App, but it has not installed on my Gmail.

As I pondered this, I suspect it is because my itunes (and Apple) account is a Yahoo account and not my Gmail account, so, to my mind, the App gets downloaded can't find Gmail as it is a different account and therefore does nothing. I am not really interested in making my Apple/itunes account Gmail as the Gmail is mainly for work and family - does any of this make sense?

any thoughts?

thanks all.
JP

Open a second Apple store account using your Gmail address? Then use that account to download the app.
