Removed both carbs. disasembled and checked all. Everything is fine.

So I expect my leak problem at the carb bottom is caused by over pressure from the fuel pump.

Used a constant flow one rated for 3.5 lbs, but as I son't have a tester, sigh. I think maybe the best way to test this is to add a fuel prissure regulator. Will do this in the next week or so. For this afternoon I think I will change the timeing from 180 out.

Fuel pump pressure will not affect the bottom of the float bowl. It will cause fuel to flow out of the top, not the bottom. Fuel out of the bottom is a common leak and I'll bet that the o-ring is old and cracked- I used to use RTV to seal it when I had H1's

All the gaskets, needels, seats and everything in side are new.

Ok, fixed the 180 out and the work on the carbs was for naught. Still leaks, the front one.

By the way I find my choke tubes are very tight there is no way they will go all the way off without useing some pressure.
