The best pitcher in Baseball has been traded to the Phillies!
Toronto let their ace go, and Philly now gets another shot at a World Series title.
So in Philly, The Doctor is in (Doc Halladay). Now that's a good health care plan.
To Dave Reese, this should make your team and fans very happy.

Cliff Lee was a Phillies pitcher. They got him in trade from Cleveland back in July.
The guy pitched great for the Phils, without him, they might not have reached the World Series. Seattle fans can't help but like him - he's a determined pitcher who works very fast. I'm sorry to see him leave, but certainly look forward to watching Halladay.
 
Hopefully he'll do well with the Mariners. Unfortunately , the team has become a place where good pitchers come to die.
