A Sunday school teacher asks her class, "If I sell all my possessions, and give the money to the church, will I go to Heaven"?

The class answers, "No"

"Then, if I clean the church, and mow the grass for the minister, will I get to heaven"?

Again the answer is "No".

"Then, if I pray and do good for all I meet, will this ensure my place"?

A 5 year old at the back says,

"You gotta be dead"!

I'd much rather talk to kids about the important stuff. Their minds aren't yet cluttered with all the junk ours are, and they're not afraid to ask the critical questions. They do keep me on my toes!
