Na, density was my silly question.

I need new tires so I just got off the phone with Les Schwab.
They would put a set of Toyo Eclipse tires on for $390 out the door.
These are 70,000 tires but simply 'all season' and not a performance tire.
This is probably what I need but can anyone suggest a better idea?
Spending nearly $400 on tires so I want to be sure, being a charter member of the 'wee tight' club I don't want to just throw money at the first place I call.

I drive the car every day so putting 50K miles on over the next 5 years isn't out of the question.

Looking at Tire Rack, I can get the set of Sumitomo HTR4 in 175/70/13 shipped for $295. The ebay guy has them too but the shipping is a bit higher.
So these are better than the Epic tires at Big-O or the Toyo's at LS?

Ok, lets see if this link works:

https://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearch...amp;diameter=13

The Michelins have a $70 'reward card' which makes their prices seem a lot better.
Any tires there seem like keepers?

Also - if I go this way what should I expect when I take them to a tire place to get them mounted and balanced - this wold be on the aluminum slotted mags I've got.
Any idea what they should charge for that service?
