Tires rubbing on frame - suggestions?

I just noticed the other day that when I crank the wheel all the way to the left or right that my tires hit the frame. Aside from installing smaller tires or remembering not to turn the wheel all the way (I don't trust myself to do that), any suggestions on how to prevent this? I was hoping to find some sort of adjustment to limit the travel of the wheel but don't see anything like that.

What size tires are you running? On which wheels?
