Tires for the 100-Six BN4

Good morning everyone.
It's time to put the BN4 on its wheels and we need to decide what type of tires to mount.
Now, we know that a 165 R15 tire should be mounted, but we don't know the expected speed index.
Does anyone have the Austin technical sheet from which to obtain this data?
This value will also be used for the registration of the car.
Thanks in advance and best wishes to everyone for a Merry Christmas and a peaceful 2025.

I don't have the tech info you are looking for but I would highly recommend Hendrix Wire Wheel in Greensboro, NC as a resource. > Hendrix Wire Wheel <. I used them for my 100M and they recommended Vredesteins. They true the wire wheels (adjust the spokes) and true the tires to match (shave.) The result was excellent and went a long way to eliminating my "skuttle shake" issue. They provided the Vredesteins and recommended the correct tubes. No leaks since 2019. Service was very friendly, helpful and quick.

I believe you’re looking for the proper speed rating for the tires. ā€˜S’ (112 mph) should be more than adequate for your car.
