Me thinks an alignment is in order.
these tires dont have very many miles on them, less than 5k
front end has been completely redone
lowered springs are installed

did you reset your toe-in after the lowered springs were installed?
 
How about your rear axle location. Is it squared up?
 
They look underinflated, Mark, with the wear primarily on both edges. Maybe I'm looking at the pictures wrong, but that's what it looks like.
And, a touch too much positive camber.

i keep the tire pressure pretty good. Positive camber is top of the wheel out?? if anything the car sits with negative camber. which i think is coming from the shorter springs. please correct me if i am wrong.
she will get new tires, and i will sheck the alignment afterwards.

Maybe this will help?!...According to the attached, wear on one edge would be due to incorrect wheel camber - both edges is under-inflation. Toe-in or toe-out would cause "feathering"
