check this Tire Size / Speedometer Error Calculator:

if you change the size of your tires from the stock/factory size, your speedometer will not be accurate.

find out how much the speedo will be off, by entering the stock/factory size of your car's tires and then enter the size of the new tires you want to install. Then click on CALCULATE.

This is great for those who plan to pimp their cars with 22" wheels!
