Tire Interferance

I am running 205/65-15s on a 7" wheel on my TR250, I want to lower the front by about .6" by using the method shown in the Williams books, which is to dissassmble the lower a-arms and turn them upside down, I assume you have to swap the individual arms front to rear when you do this? not really my main questtion, should become clear when I take it apart.

The big question, anybody lowered their front end on 4/4a/250/6 with similar sized tires and had any rubbing issues with the fenders?

I know my old 4A rubbed when I had some big 195/80s or something like that (looongg time ago) on it.

My TR6 is lowered, but by using Goodparts springs with no spacers. I run 205/60-15s with Panasports. I have to use 1/4" wheel spacers and tape-on balancing weights, otherwise the upper control arms cause interference.
For reference, I have about 2 inches clearance from the top of the tire to the fender and 2 1/2" at the front swaybar mounts. The swaybar brackets also serve as skid plates. The Goodparts springs don't move very much, so this may not be a very good comparison.
The rear end used to bottom out a lot until the rear shocks were upgraded.
