My oldest son and his wife announced to us that they are expecting! Medical miracle due to many issues, We had abandoned
all hopes for a grandchild and wow, what a wonderful surprise for my wife's birthday.I can now call her "granny" if I dont mind
getting punched.....

Outstanding! We were not sure we'd ever be grandparents, but I still remember where my wife and I were when the DIL called with the news. Hard to believe that was almost 5 years ago! Man time flies!
