Being minimalistic and utilitarian had its draws. Simple living. I seriously entertained the idea of building a small tear drop to pull behind a little hatchback to live out of as I found seasonal work. Building a small house behind your parents house is a different story. Almost depressing when its to just not pay rent. I agree, living with your parents is living with your parents. Building the fort is the depressing part.
