Timing Mark Relocation

Not sure about the kit, but it can be a fairly easy do-it-yourself project! Look for threads on this in the forum. Hap does it very neatly and has some pictures posted elsewhere!

I weld on top side timing pointers on the timing cover on the A-series engines when I build them. Jeff at Advanced Distributors makes a nice bolt on kit that's alot easier than my method if the engine is already in the car.

Link for Advanced Distributor? Yahoo search brought no joy.

On one of the threads about my '63 restoration, I've a photo of Jeff's kit - had to do a little modifying because it not sdesigned for the 1098 engine....

Also, Hap posted a photo of the kit on one of the engines he's built.
