About 2 months ago- A city construction crew started a sewer project, digging up the street by my house---the boss came around a couple
of days after they started, and noticed several of the workers leaning on shovels as they watched ones who were doing the digging---
He saw that the only reason they were leaning on them, was to keep them upright, and what the project needed was "self-standing"
shovels! He went online and found a "Chinese" company that had designed and were selling "self standing" shovels--he bought
several--stood them in the ground around the project, thereby releasing the workers who had previously been detailed to keep them
upright! The workers were then assigned to more fulfilling and productive jobs!
