Ok what do people recommend for summer tires for my mgb gt, I have the spridget for sunny days, so I guess a rain tire is in order.

I will be posting my driving videos on youtube search for mg Norway union jack and you should find me.

I put Vredesteins on the 72 and the difference in ride and handling is amazing. Took the new wires and tires to Hendrix Wire Wheel in Greensboro, NC where he mounted the tires, tuned the wheels to his specs within 020, my wheels are even closer and he shaved the tires for out of round. The car never handled so nice! PJ

OOPS! Sorry Steve, just saw that you are a little far away! But you are closer to Vredestein than we are! :encouragement:

Yeah I m way north. I miss my midget with wire wheels.
Ok I'll check the tire dealer they an get most things.
i will shoot the drive with the go pro, the road to the tire place is a rroller coaster!
Steve

I shipped Hendrix my wires when i first bought my car. They ended up needing a bit of love. When he shipped them back with new rubber they handled pretty amazing. No matter who I take them to its just not been the same.

haha if you saw my car you'd know i was endorsed my none other then my low budget self. I have been saving for months just to ship my car to where I just moved. Just a satisfied customer. he was polite knowledgeable and did not make me feel uncomfortable when He had to explain in detail what he was doing as I had no previous understanding. Truth be told It cost much more then I was planning to spend. At the time it was a new to me but beat up car so I wanted to make sure things that kept me safe would really keep me safe. If i remember correctly He has all the original machines they had in the factory to work on our wheels. Being in Norway its probably not economical to send your rims to him. I couldn't imagine shipping. :greedy_dollars:
