Here's a video of Tigers at the Monterey Historics (may not run smoothly if you just click on it.....best bet is to right-click on link and then "Save Target As" to"Desktop" or "My Documents"....then click on it after it's saved and it will run smoothly):

That is the car owned by Dick Barker. He was selling it a year or so ago but at that time the reserve was not met.If he has sold it since I do not know.Dick did a remarkable job in the restoration of this car.In fact he became a leading expert on the Lister Tigers.
I had much communication with him when I was building The Spirit of Lister, my clone. It was a pleasure to meet him at Suni 3 in Montana.Suni is an international meet of Sunbeams held every 5 years. To be complimented by Dick on my car was indeed an honor.
Suni 4 will be at Park city Utah the first week of July this year. I do hope to be there.

What a great video. I wish it was less edited though. Why not leave the in car run for a whole lap? I'd love to get a hold of just that tape. I'd watch it for hours. The audio quality is very good. I'm assuming that is THE Peter Proctor. I'm surprised he was using the "aim and squirt" driving technique. I guess you don't want to push such a valuable car too hard and it seemed to be suffering from an oversteer problem as well. When he opens it up and passes that Comet(?)It makes me 1)Wish I'd NEVER sold my '69 AMX,( Marraige makes one do silly things) and 2)Wonder why I've owned an Alpine all these years.

I also enjoyed the Video.I had seen it some time back as it was posted at Tigers United site.As to wondering why you have owned a Sunbeam all these years;you must be a very good person. All Sunbeam owners I have met are the nicest people. We all know something that others don't.
