If you haven't already given someone some stars it will appear under their name in one of their posts as rate member. You can only do this once so if you already have it won't be there. This may not be really clear but I've been up over my limit of 24 hours. On the other hand you could be tallking about Ninja throwing stars and I can't help you much there
