TR2/3/3A Throttle shaft assemble does this look correct

Should have taken a pic of the assembly before disassembly. Anyway is his correct?

I think the flat washer should be on the other side of the brace. There should be a snap ring that the washer rides against, with the brace against the washer and then the spring on the other side of the brace up against the lever.

And IIRC, you have to have the engine out to install the pedal and shaft as a unit. Otherwise the pinned joint has to come apart.
 
Engine is out. Don't remember any snap ring. Still can't find my manual and probably wouldn't be pictured anyway.
 
Sorry, my mistake. It's a cotter pin, not a snap ring.
