Three Types of Threads - in selected forums

You may notice in most of the marque-related forums, when you start a new topic, you can now select from three types of threads: Discussion, Question or Poll. At the top of each forum where this is implements, you will see a notice with a link to a video that explains each type and how to use them. The Question Type of thread allows people to vote on reply (indicating which reply they think is best solution. It also allows the thread started to "check" a reply that they feel is the best or the solution they used.
 
I did a couple of searches - no luck.
