Looks nice - almost $400 with economy shipping and no duty. Might be overkill. I paid about $250 to have mine rebuilt.
 
I saw that too. What occurred to me is that I would want to make sure they have the thread where the water temperature gauge screws in correctly measured and tapped. If I am not mistaken it is an odd thread. It's not one of those things you want to figure out they got wrong after after they've got your money--I somehow think it is not such a simple thing to return a radiator to Zibo, Shandong, China.

I have to say, though. I wonder how these folks do their market research? How did they get the idea there would be enough people wanting these to justify welding up a few hundred before they even know if they'll sell 10 of them? Even if labor is cheap it would seem to me there's still some tooling required to put them together.

Hm... I don't know, maybe that's just a rendering. Maybe they don't even weld one up until you order it. They don't promise you'll get it until 12-24 business days. That gives them a month to put it together...

I have my water temp gauge in the head, seems like a better place for it.
 
And that's a fine place for it too. But you still have to plug that hole in the new radiator with something. Won't it be nice if you can just plug it up with whatever device is already screwed into the water temperature gauge hole in the radiator you already have? I would think so. The point is the threads need to be the correct ones.

We've had a couple of street rod radiators made by these guy (former afco employees) and have been very impressed by their work. They only need an original to make a pattern from.

I seeing $77 for shipping to me in SC on the Ebay ad, looks like the same radiator David has on his car, which came from Speedwell, and it's alot more here in he US. yes for less than $400 this radiator is a deal if you want a high end product.

Close but not the same. Mine came from the UK and not Speedwell
Engineering.
It is a bit pricey but well made and works great.
