Hello TVR People:

I would love some thoughts/advice on this car, currently on eBay. I've always liked the shape, and it's Triumph engine should be pleasingly familiar to me. Any thoughts on this machine? Thanks so much!

From all appearances, it's a decent car, but priced quite on the high side. But it's all in what someone is looking for. That kind of money should be getting someone a nicely done V8 conversion.
 
If you look close in the pictures, the finish doesn't look all that good. I would expect for that price that the car would be perfect. I'd definitely not consider it without seeing it in person first.
 
That V8 conversion appears nicely done. The custom bent headers are interesting. Though I wish my TR6 came with the TVR 2500M rear suspension as they allude to in the story. Brakes, differential and half-shafts yes, suspension, definitely not but oh how I wish it had!
