Nicely done, Jack.

Looks good, Jack.

Look's good to me, but why is the top up in Florida ! I have an excuse - it might snow at any moment up here !

Looks fun. I did a MKIII into a 20 footer years ago. It was a blast to drive, but the late model seats are were too big and the padded dash really interfered with my knees. On the other hand, I'm afraid that the 1275 in it might have ruined the Bugeye's 948 for me.

That really looks great, and as a 10 footer he won't be afraid to drive it to the Piggly-Wiggly!

Looks a heck of a lot better than it did the last time I saw it, Jack....now, are you gonna get the paint off the little piece of bottom trim & paint inderneath it black?

Noop, what you see is what you get.

Well, that won't really affect your friend's sale...the next owner can do it quite easily....has he put a price on it yet?

$3500 but will take a bit less I think. We will see.

At that price, he needs to get all the paint off that chrome & get the area below it painted black.

Not a great photo; but, here's mine:

I love it...looks like mine without the bonked in bonnet and peeling paint from a crappy paint job done 20+ years ago by some PO...

SOLD $4,800

How about that. Still need the horns Tony.

Gosh - knew there was something I needed to do....tomorrow!

Say, where'd he find the"buyer"?

Local news paper.

Way to go, then! Does he have it out of his system?

Yep, brit cars are out of his system.

He only has three mustangs and a studabaker truck and a chevy under restoration at the moment.

He seems to be able to buy cheep, fix up for the most part and sell high.

Intresting old guy.

Yes, he is...but, I didn't see a Studie truck anywhere around his place....does he keep them stored off-site?

Oh yea, usually all but one are up in Crestview where he pays a guy that does the real work, paint and such.

He just messes mostly but tells good stories, gets me out of the house, and enjoys life.
