Not bad for a beater. I have posted it on some of the other boards. Just thought some of you might enjoy seeing another one on the road.

Thanks, the paint is not as nice as it looks in the pics. I call it a beater because the purchase price was $400. Of course it didn't look like that then.
 
Paint looks a whole lot better than what I am currently running and those Spridgets look a whole lot more aggressive sans bumpers. Nice.
 
NICE!!! Are those "cosmic" wheels? Whatever they are I really like them with the dark paint.

Ok, tell me the secret. T'is a square rear arched spridget. How do you keep it from rubbing on the outside and inside with 50s on it?

Its the offset of the wheels, as I have plenty of room to spare. The 175/ 50/13 is in reality a pretty small tire.

Nice looking. I really like the look of the square cars with no bumpers front or back. Very clean, and much more sporting.

Nice looking car. I agree about the no bumpers...I like it too! In fact, I'm doing a no bumper 68 myself right now. Yours should be twice as good as mine since you paid double what I did..haha :smile: How is the interior? Mine was beat to heck...

I love the no-bumpers look, can't seem to commit because:
a. Need front license plate in IL.
b. Would have to cut those 2 large spikes off for the front.
c. I'm not very good at patching holes.
d. What would protect me in a rear end collision with an SUV? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif

Love the car! Does anyone know where to get a rear license plate mount like that one or similar to?
