Thought of the Day

And even though the day is almost over - and we are in the humour section, happy Father's Day! Had a wonderful day, saw my daughter for lunch and had a call from my son (who is in Northern Ontario). All in all a wonderful day. So, to Dads Grandadads, Dads who are no longer with us, Those who are examples in other's lives, those dads who didn't hear from their kids today and Dads who have lost children. Here's to you (and anyone I missed) you are appreciated.

My youngest son came out with his fiance and their kids; we had a cook out and messed with his fiance's little Ford Focus some. I wonder why, if he loves her, he allows her to drive a Ford... It was a good day.
