On interstates with more than 2 lanes in each direction, most folks around here immediately get in the center or left hand lane. Doesn't matter that the right hand lane is empty and the next intersection is 5 miles away. "Keep Right Except to Pass" signs mean nothing.

Law in Colorado too… and they will ticket youDon't know how seriously it is enforced now but several years ago, Oklahoma added teeth to the law against that practice with a significant fine. It has been the law for a long time though. I know because as a cocky yute, I refused to move over for a car behind me that turned out to be highway patrol. He did let me off with just a warning though.
