The facts have been up and down since 1945 of the food value of the canned spam, not the other. It is Keto approved and is made out of pure pork, not by products. Love spam casserole especially when camping. Or on a British Car drive day stopping for lunch in the boot with. Crackers an cheese and a preferable liquid.
