Thought of the Day - Music related

But his heart did go on
Back in the day, there were two songs that, upon first hearing them, I really liked. But, as the radio stations continued to saturate the airwaves with these songs, I grew to hate them. Iโ€™m talking about โ€œAfternoon Delightโ€ by Starland Vocal Band and โ€œYou Light Up My Life,โ€ by Debbie Boone.

That's why I rarely listen to music radio, the playlists repeat every hour or two and there's only so many times I need to hear pretty much anything. I put on what I want to hear and when it's over, move on to something else.

Agreed though nothing compares to Seasons in the Sun by Terry Jacks for sheer hatred.
