In our home the Lawrence Welk show was on just before the Wonderful World of Disney. Anytime that we sat down to watch Disney and it wasn't over yet time seemed to pass more slowly. :LOL:
 
I recall the cartoon: Mom is flipping a coin in front of a child: "Heads we watch Lawrence Welk, tails we watch Disney, and if it lands on its edge, your father can watch the fights."
