Not exactly ”car”-repair, but silly nonetheless:

Exactly why some people should never tow a trailer.
My brother had the hitch pop off while driving. Fortunately no damage to the car and the chains held the trailer. He has the trailer at the shop getting checked out and seeking to make it less awkward says to the shop owner 'does this happen to trailer owners a lot?' Guy's answer: 'Only once.' :D

I tow a small camper and always - ALWAYS triple check the hitch connection and the safety chains. I double check them every time I take a rest stop too. It's also very important to make sure tires are in good shape and properly inflated.

PADUCAH - A local man has taken automotive innovation to a new level by crafting a Lamborghini entirely out of wood. The hand-carved masterpiece, painted a vibrant red, now proudly occupies a prime spot in front of his home.
“I always dreamed of owning a Lamborghini,” explained Billy Grubbs, 32. "But my budget said ‘sawdust’ instead of ‘supercar.’ So I found some old wooden pallets and started cutting them up to make this beauty.”
The wooden Lambo, complete with hand-painted details and faux leather seats, has become a neighborhood sensation. “It’s got all the style without the speed bumps,” said Grubbs.
His wife Heather is equally thrilled. “Billy’s creativity knows no bounds,” she said. “Who needs a real Lamborghini when you have a handcrafted one that doubles as garden furniture?”
Local car enthusiasts are left wondering if this is the future of high-end automotive design—or just a really cool piece of outdoor décor.
This is a developing story.

I mean, yeah, it has tighter gaps and functioning lights, and it apparently moves under its own power, but... come on, it's not even red.

"My first time patching a tire and I already figured out a shortcut. The instructions said to put the patch on the inside of the tire but that seemed a whole lot more difficult that just covering the hole from the outside. Not only that but I'm driving across country tomorrow and didn't have time for a long project. Where are all those teachers who said I'd never amount to anything? They used to laugh at me back in school but I bet they ain't laughing anymore!
