This Really Makes Me Mad

I was cruising down highway 220 over the speed limit, passing a semi,
when a Chrysler mini van gets close to my bumper.I moved to the slow-
lane when it was safe. The mini van blew by me at about (I estimate) 85-90 MPH.
As he went by,I noticed that it had US Government plates.
And,of course, not a cop to be seen anywhere.

As my dad used to say - the driver must be late for dinner.

You were going 220 over and he still passed you?? Sounds like Texas. ;)

That happens on surface streets around here. I witnessed a pickup truck pass someone in the left turn lane IN A SCHOOL ZONE.

And yet, I'm the schmuck who got a ticket on that same road for doing 13 over -- in an attempt not to get rear-ended!
