Christmas eve and day I couldn't sign in the forum. I kept getting the "unable to connect" to the internet page with the diagnostic button. I was online and could go anywhere I wanted, just not here. I figured Basil shut down the site in observance of Christmas. I now see posts dated from both days and know that's not the case.

How is it possible to be able to "connect" everywhere else but get the error message here?

You didn't get the e-mail? Didn't someone complain about one of yer posts?
Oh, wait....that was my post.....

I had trouble too on just one of those days and eventually gave up. All was well the next day. I have a Mac Air with the latest OS.
