This is a strange one!

No doubt it started life as a Sprite, but the back end looks like it wanted to be a big Healey.
They claim it's a factory prepared car, but I find that a little hard to believe.

Neat looking car really odd how the bonnet meets the bulkhead and the fender.
Are those cabinet hindges on the trunk?

Howdy Folks,

She looks kind of like a mini "D" Type Jag to me. I think its pretty cool looking.

Are those "Cabinet or Door Hinges" holding up the trunk lid??? Sure looks like one or the other!!

Regards, Russ

PS: Hey Gundy; I can see you behind the steering wheel of this one!!

Nial;

That car sure looks like the Sprite that just recently was auctioned through R&M
It was the car Ed Leavens of London Ont. drove as a factory entry at Sebring back in the late 50's or early 60's.
Back then it had wires and was a one off because of the nose. The rest of the cars were conventional Sprites. They had a factory team.
I'm not sure this is that car.

That's one of the nicest replacement bonnets I've seen. Most seem to have some odd proportions, but that's just very pleasant.
