This is a rare beast

I once bought a twin cam MGA that needed a water pump...ever tried to find one of those beasts? Well, back then they were non-existent...possibly the same thing with that pump.

Just go down to the local Fiat dealer &
check the price on a new fuel pump.

In one of the previous "Grassroots Challenges" (max investment was $2004), someone took a very-similar FIAT 1500 roadster and dropped a Chevy engine in it. And it did pretty well.

I like this one, but it's way overpriced.

Saw a very sad one of them, very complete but quite rust, languishing in a wrecking yard! Sooo sad!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nopity.gif

There's a 66 on ebay right now that's been converted to an EV. (electric vehicle)
It's in Flordia. Go for it Doc! Try an find an alternator for THAT one! hehehehe

I think I know that car (and owner)... Alfisti.

Yeah, but think of the parts, Doc!! Its already been mutilated.

I'd not go within 10 feet of it! Is this a white one? I haven't tried to find the ad.

I meant the Florida one wot's been "electrified".
