I once bought a twin cam MGA that needed a water pump...ever tried to find one of those beasts? Well, back then they were non-existent...possibly the same thing with that pump.

Looks decent. I wouldn't worry about finding a fuel pump - even if they're unavailable you could use an electric pump.

check the price on a new fuel pump.

In one of the previous "Grassroots Challenges" (max investment was $2004), someone took a very-similar FIAT 1500 roadster and dropped a Chevy engine in it. And it did pretty well.

I like this one, but it's way overpriced.
