Thinking about Tires

for the Midget. Ms Triss currently has correct sized tires (not impossible to come by but not quite easy either.) The tread is great, there are no cracks, they all hold air - and have for the last 2-3 years with no leakage BUT they are over 10 years old - don't want to be stupid or dangerous but don't want to spend money I don't need to - any thoughts? keep or replace?

They will make great cow mats. Do not fool around with your life and life of others. Replace them when you are almost finished the car.

JP- couldn't agree more. Just replaced 4 tires that looked almost new (but were 10-12 yrs old) and was surprised at how they were giving up from the inside out. I'd read about this but never seen first hand. Made me really think about where & how I'd driven the car in the last 6 months.

all that being the case, it seems to me like there are better deals in the USA than here (especially Discount Tires/ Tire Rack) etc. If anyone ever sees such a deal, could you let me (the forum) know? I can run down to Buffalo very easily.

Let me know what you find as I need some for the Abarth.

Need a 165 60 13"
