I would guess that her payback is received from the love she puts in to this wonderful gesture. What a lovely unselfish and giving person.

I do alot of paintings. I've sold them, and given them away, but her last line in that video says it all..."There's nothing I'll ever paint that will be more appreciated then that." She's right. What a wonderful woman.
