Does anybody know where I can get a thermostat housing for a Midget 1500 engine..VB, Moss, Moss Euro. don't stock them. I can't believe I won't be able to drive this car because no housings are available. But until I find one I guess it will have to sit !

You might try ( https://www.lonestarwebs.com/mgs&more.html ), email Fisher he's a first rate mechanic and dismantler w/sizable inventory. He dosen't just pull something and drop it and the rust in a shoddy box and send it to you. Usually cleans parts up well/newish and even powder coated a couple of parts for me w/o my asking.

FYI, there's a seller on eBay parting out a '76 Midget, and he mentions to ask if there are any parts you need. The seller is theshop62.
 
I have one that I've been planning to throw on ebay sometime, it's # is CHA 343, I'm not sure if that is the right one for you tho.
