I just joined this forum. I have a 1959 Nash Metropolitan that was a basket case. I have been cutting and welding for 2 1/2 years and finally have all of the structural work done. I joined this forum because I know many of the Nash parts are interchangeable with British cars as they were produced there. I wish to tap into the vast knowledge base on this forum in an effort to find the parts I need.

I am not sure if my Nash qualifies as a compliant car on this forum but it was produced there. I also have a 1967 Chevrolet Nova "Pro-Street" that I built. It took me 7 1/2 years and I did the entire project in my garage. I estimate that the Nash will take me another 2 years as I am also doing all of the work in my garage. The Nash is currently on a rotisserie

Welcome to ya!

Of course you're in the right place! For engine questions, I'm sure the Spridget guys can help. Post away, and don't forget to add pictures.

Thanks Mickey,

I have to study this forum a bit more to post pictures. I am on two other forums and know how to post pictures there but I tried to set up an avatar and send some pictures with my first post and it didn't work.

Welcome!

A fair amount of the parts on your car are shared with various MGs (such as MGAs) as well as A-H Sprites and MG Midgets (Spridgets).

I'm in Morris County NJ but have a fair number of relatives in the Jackson Twp area.
