1. Open Web site (B) and right mouse click
the http address and copy to clipboard.

2. Open Web site (A) and paste Web site (B)
into the translate web page slot.

You will get a good general idea (in English)
of what the Spanish old car guys are talking about.

good read,

dale

I don't care to translate any of it, I just WANT ~ALL~ the Lotus and Alfa cars in there!!! Holy cow. That's near pegged my GreedMeter... geez. iwantiwantiwant...

> > Any Portugese aboard? We NEED a translator!!

The ID of the poster of the photos indicates he is from Barcelona, Spain - that explains why it is Spanish instead of Portugese.

What a great mystery find!

For some reason the pictures trace back to a classic car sales facility complete with models and approximate re-sale value. Since my high school level español es muy malo I have no clue why? Either way very nice find!

https://www.interclassico.com/

It's amazing that the place, as large as it is was "welded" shut for so long without being bothered! Of course, there are no windows anywhere low enough for anyone to peek in and have any idea of what was inside!!!

What a glut on the classic car market!!

There are several other references that show up if you Google interclassico.com - I presume they have the sales concession for the cars. The (French language) forum at https://www.blenheimgang.com has more photos of what I presume is the same location.

I imagine that several restoration shops are salivating at the thought of all the income they'll make from this lot.

~I'm~ salivating, and I've no CHANCE at acquiring any of those cars.

RATS!

That is certainly a great find... I wonder if they know who owns it? Or whether or not the collection will be sold?

I always remind myself (as I pass by garages and/or any sort of potential storage facility) that there could potentially some fantastic finds inside stored away, this story here is proof of that... I do know of a very anonyous warehouse nearby my place where a local collector keeps much of his collection of some high end European machinery, the door is open sometimes when I go by, but more often than not a person could go by and not know what is inside

I have seen this link on 4 other widespread old car sites,

are all the flights to Portugal filling up ?

Roads blocked with overheating old cars racing down to Portugal ?

I love it , it makes me want to get up in the morning and go searching /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

This is something I experienced 30 some odd years ago in Eatontown, N.J. I broke down next to an old garage/chicken-coop type building with my Fiat overheating. In searching for a source of water while going around the building I peeked in a window and saw what looked like 20-30 cars. All as above, TRs, MGs, Morgans, AHs, 356 Porsches etc., but perhaps in better repair and somewhat less dusty. I went nuts!!! The barn find of barn finds!!! Unfortunately on further investigation, it was the storage shed of an avid collector who knew precisely what he had in there AND what it was all worth and I got a warning for trespassing!!!...Ah well, we can all hope!

I think I'd be happy with just one of those... the red GTV... err, no, the Elan coupe... ummm, no, the +2 by the wall.... err... no, the Alfa Sprint... well, mebbe the GTV after all...
no, definitely the Elan coupe... wait... ummm.... Formula Junior... Cortina.... eeep.

HOLY COW!!!

I STILL have a hard time wrappin' me pea brane around ALL those cars in ONE place!!! And left to ROT, apparently. All I can think is: glad it's on another continent. I'd be schemin' ways to get to it if it were Conus.

GAHHH!!! <runs in circles/arms flailing air>

and I'd be there with ya. That's a great find. I wish they would post more pics.

NOnonoooo!!!! No more pix! I can't stand to look at what's already there. Seared into my memory! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif

with all the other websites linked to those pictures ,
I bet that the bandwith in the last few days has gone up 100s of times over normal,
