The truth is "out there"

As some of you know (and probably many don't), I was a maintenance man on the NORAD SAGE Air Defense computer system back in my pre-commissioned days in the USAF. I ran across this Youtube video that discusses many different UFO incidents. I was present on duty at the 24th NORAD Air Defense command center, Malmstrom AFB, MT, the night of the incident that is described as happening at Malmstrom AFB (starting at around 35:52 in the video). I was in the "Blue Room" watching this whole thing transpire and listening to the comms between the controllers and the F106 jets that had scrambled. I also observed the objects in question on the scopes. Some of these "unknowns" were doing maneuvers that would be physically impossible for any manned aircraft known at the time. I'm not making any pronouncements as to what these things were, as I honestly have no clue, but I can say with absolute certainty that the incident described at that point in this video did in fact happen. I know, I was there.

Here's a News Paper clipping from the Great Falls news paper (Tribune, I think?) describing said incident. For years I was not able to talk about this - it has since been declassified and is now in the public domain.

Looks like Malmstrom is quite an "out there" place, in several ways.

Did some googling, and found reports of mysterious sightings and/or systems failures around that AAFB since at least 1950.

Back in the day, the incident I witnessed was featured on the TV show "Unsolved Mysteries" with Robert Stack. I remember yelling for my wifer to "get in here" when Robert Stack walked out of the fog and said "Great Falls, Montana, 1975."
