Hi Folks. It's been almost two weeks since Toby's passing and life continues on. It's a new normal and each day is a little less acute that the last. I am sure I will have my down days but that is I suspect very normal. I think the most difficult part of Toby's passing was that we knew it would be his last day and that was a difficult awareness for us. He passed peacefully and that was important.

Enough of this. Just wanted to thank those of you who allowed me to simply talk my way through a very difficult time. Usually I just journal, turn the page and never go back. It works, but nearly as well as being able to share.

Hugs to you all. Now go hug each other and your pets.
