Hey, at least you had one wiper blade...and a windshield. LOL!

(One time I ran at this track in a four-hour night race in an open Sprite in the pouring rain.......I had a sponge taped to my glove to act as a wiper for my face shield)

Hey Nial! In the immortal words of ol' Jar-Jar: "Dissee nutso!"

Have to admit, I did that last year. One of my co-workers showed me a pic on facebook and it was me and the Spit top down in a downpour waiting at a road construction zone.

You're fine as long as you don't have to stop..........
I loved the looks I got slipping and sliding a topless TR3 through the drifted snow one winter to get it inspected for a sale. I wish I had videoed that one.
Thanks for sharing the video. I got a chuckle.

Good blog Ben... Going off topic here...

About that '53 Studebaker you mention, here is an Alberta build of a '53 Studebaker coupe that I've always loved, very well done...

One of the saddest things I ever saw - car wise - was a guy in a gorgeous Mercedes Pagoda ragtop, top down, in the rain, at an intersection - with a huge TV in box in the back, preventing him from raising the top. "Honey, how bout you pick up the TV in the benz? It will fit with the roof down." seemed like a good idea at the time.
