Looks like Terry Horler's book is getting ready to reprint. Due out in June. It is already available for preorder on Amazon.Ca and Amazon UK.. Great news for us who can't, or won't pay the prices asked on Ebay and Amazon for the previous editions.
 
I emailed the publisher and they said early July.
