Many folks here have probably visited Mt Rushmore! But not many people get to see the other side of that famous mountain:

Lately I been on a pickl'd beets-n-eggs kick with Thai peppers tossed into th' jar. Let it stand for a few days and YUM!! :laugh:

Mom used to take the Easter eggs after they'd been suitably colored with dye, peel 'em and plunge 'em into her own pickling concoction with beets. MAN - were they good! And colorful, too!

Personally I really like General Tao chicken from the local Chineese take-out. And It has a healthy dose of those Thai pepper in the sauce. Once asked what those were by a co-worker I replied: "Those are the claws of the devil that made this". Yummy!!!!
 
on the back side... can you imagine the smelly clouds over those mountains......
 
I don't see what the suprise is, isn't that the side we usually see from our leaders?
