The List

Years ago, there was a "list" of MGers accross the country who were willing to help standed British car drivers.
I am about to take a 3000 mile round trip from South Florida to Wisconsin, and I'm wondering if the list still exists
Phil

I'm not sure about this, but I would be interested about it. I'm just shy of wisconsin so I don't think I'll be able to help.

If your not shy you could always check out couchsurfers.com.

The list is a little book sent out to members of NAMGBR. it has the names, address and phone numbers of people in each state that you can contact if you have trouble. I carry mine with me on long trips.

The N/A Spitfire Squadron has "MASH" ... Mobile Army of Spit Helpers LOL

Tony used to maintain a list of Spridget owners who were willing to help out another spridget person in need.
It was available on his website I believe.

I've not had luck finding a copy of The List from NAMGBR, and I'm leaving July 13th for a 3000 mile round trip from South Florida to Midget 50 at Road America Wisconsin.

I'll be travelling thru Atlanta, Chatanooga, Nashville, Evansville KY, Terre Haute In. and Madison WI. from July 13 to 18th and returning south on the 22nd.

Anyone who might be willing and able to help me if I have any mechanical troubles along the way plese send your contact info/ phone # to taskadog at yahoo dot com

Thanks in advance, and I hope I'm just being over cautious and that I'll have a mechanicly unmemorable trip

Phil

I recently received the new copy of the "book" from NAMGBR. Send me a PM w/ your address and I'll send out last years copy to you. Nice to keep on board.

Phil, I'm in Madison, and I WILL be in Elkhart Lake. If something were to happen, I'm sure I could help get you home, any way.
Soon we'll be posting some emergency phone numbers for the attendees.... mine will probably be among them.
