Some really good reading in there this month.....I bought it because of the article on the Alfasud (which I always fancied) and Citroen GS, several of which I have owned. If you like oddball cars, then this one's for you /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I buy either C&S or Thoroughbred on an as-needed basis, the only one that I buy regardless is Practical Classics, of which I have just about every issue, except for Vol.1 No.1 and a couple that got wet /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
I love Practical Classics, but my local bookstores don't carry it. I used to get it when I lived in Houston.
Of course, it does make all those strip-down/build-up projects look so easy. Somehow you can't capture 6 hours of battling rusty nuts in a couple pictures.
I was happy to see the article on the ten best and worst tail lamp designs in the Classic and Sports Car mag showed my Cortina MK1 as one of the best! ( ban the bomb lamps )
Almost makes you want to treat me with more respect...
Those look like the lens on the remote camera from the Martian ship on the old movie, "War of the Worlds" with Gene Barry. Anyone else remember that one?
