The late, great Tony Barnhill

After tracking him down to the BCF, had many good interactions with him and conversations over the phone. Stellar individual and a tremendous resource for folks here.

I, too, miss his presence. I just wish he'd not been so adamant in his disdain for personal safety restraints.

Oh wow, it seems like just the other day since he was posting. Sad.

yup. i knew him on the MGE back then (i am now on both). he was prolific there as well. RIP Tony.

A good man who shared his knowledge with us all.

One more thing we can learn from him:

Didn't realize it has been that long. Such a tragedy! Tony will be remembered for a long time. Miss the guy. PJ

Hard to believe it's been that long.

When we were in Chattanooga,we drove down & I visited
with him for a couple of hours. He showed me his whole coll-
ection.
He told me that I should move into his neighborhood.I couldn't
afford to live there (even then),& I would probably bring property
values down.
