Quite a movie - the search for Bonnie and Clyde, scenes of Texas during the Depression, Governor Miriam "Ma" Ferguson, and the mighty Ford V8.

I thoroughly enjoyed that one. Harrelson's scene in the bathroom when the three hoods try to convince him that "Clyde is king," and Costner's scene buying out the entire supply of guns at the hardware store make the price of admission worth it.

Gault: Clyde might be king, but I'm a Texas Ranger.

Great comeback.

And Governor Ma Ferguson bossing her advisers around, then putting on a sweet innocent smile before she goes right into a fancy reception.

The real Ma Ferguson had granted early release to over 100 prisoners a month if they had shown good behavior. Folks said she did that, because women never allow a man to finish a sentence.

"Rotten Tomatoes" irritates/confuses me -
When I see that,it reminds me of when they only
featured REALLY bad movies.
