I've been trying to communicate by email with The Healey Factory in Australia for a week with no replies. Has anyone done business with them and is this the norm?
John

If their not interested in answering a buyer's email I need look elsewhere. I hate running down people to give them my money.:frown-new:

I've done business with them before and sometimes they can take a week to reply, and that's to someone in the country next door. (P.S, a country that is trying to win one more boat race, go ETNZ!)

A couple of years ago I tried to get some information about the roller cam and lifters they sell ...... that I intended to buy. We're talking about a big ticket item here, maybe $2,000 or more. After a number of emails to them I finally got what I thought was a very rude response. As if I knew nothing about camshafts. At that point I decided I did not want to do business with them.

Well I think I'll just purchase from Denis Welch. I've bought a lot of stuff from them and they have been very helpful and quick to respond.
