Just bought four cartons of "cheap" cigarettes for my BIL who can't quit. $6.60 per pack. I said he could smoke or have a car payment, but can't afford both.

I started smoking when they were $.25/pack. Swore I was gonna quit when they hit .50. Swore again at $1.00. Then finally the above mentioned doctor came along. That finally worked.
